Fenrir
Cybershell [Combat Drone]
One of the most imposing combat shells ever developed, the Fenrir is a combat shell that was developed in the Monarchy of all places, where the original intent was to jam the shell as opposed to uploading an AGI or digital directly into it. However, the Fenrir quickly escaped from Monarchy hands (technically it was sold; engineers in the Monarchy are hard at work at the third generation, which was limited use in the recent Monarchy conflict with the VC and the Autonomist Alliance), and from there, was picked up by numerous miltech companies in the Verge and Bleed who adapted the drone so it could be a cybershell. Since, the first and second generation have appeared in a number of conflicts, making their debut at the end of the Verge Consortium Civil War.
The Fenrir is a massive, squat, quadrupedal shell that can be operated by four digitals or AGIs at the same time, each controlling a specific area, resulting in the Fenrir feeling more like a tank than a conventional cybershell. It is possible that a single AGI or digital could fulfill al four roles at once by uploading and copying themselves. Each set of controls handles some aspect of the Fenrir; one set hands the weapon, one set handles movement, one set handles sensors and one set handles maintenance and defenses. While the precise design can vary from manufacturer to manufacturer, the general lay out is a four legged horizontal quadruped with turret mounted on the hit join that the four legs radiate out from. it has one major weapon and a two smaller weapons, capable of mounting
